Ciuperci umplute la cuptor [Baked stuffed mushrooms]

INGREDIENTE:
8 ciuperci destul de marisoare
4 ceape micute sau 2 cepe mari
200 g kaiser sau muschiulet de porc afumat
ulei de masline
6 cubulete de cascaval pentru fiecare ciuperca
o legatura de patrunjel
sare si piper

Curatam ciupercile cu o perie (ciupercile NU se spala cu apa) si le rupem coditele, care se toaca separat. Ceapa taiata marunt se caleste intr-o tigaie cu ulei de masline. Cand ceapa incepe sa se rumeneasca se adauga coditele si se amesteca cu o lingura de lemn. In cateva minute amestecul se inmoaie si se adauga carnita taiata marunt, asezonata cu un praf de sare si piper. Dupa alte cateva minute punem patrunjelul tocat. Ciupercile se aseaza intr-un vas de ceramica smaltuit, care poate fi sau nu uns cu putin unt, se umplu palariile cu aceasta compozitie si deasupra lor se finiseaza cu cubulete de cascaval. Tocmai bune de pus in cuptor! Se scot cand isi lasa zeama, iar cascavalul este rumenit.

Se servesc imediat. Pofta buna!

INGREDIENTS:
8 pretty large mushrooms
4 small onions or 2 large onions
200 grams Kaiser or smoked pork fillet
extra - virgin olive oil
6 little cubes of cheese for each mushroom
one parsley bundle
Salt, pepper

Clean the mushrooms with a little brush (never wash the mushrooms with water) and remove the stalks. Chop the stalks separately. Stew the finely chopped onion in a pan with some olive oil. When onions turn brown add the chopped stalks and mix with a wooden spoon. In a few minutes the mixture softens. Add the meat finely chopped, previously dressed with salt and pepper. After a few more minutes add the chopped parsley. Place the mushrooms into an ovenproof bowl, previously greased with a little butter. Fill the mushrooms with the resulting mixture and add on top the cheese cubes. Ready for baking! Take the mushrooms out of the oven when the juice is out and the cheese turned brown.

Serve at once.
