Budinca de conopida si broccoli [Broccoli and cauliflower pudding]

1 buc. conopida mare
1 buc. broccoli mare
3 oua
4 linguri smantana
1 lingura de unt
200 gr. cascaval
sare si piper

Se spala conopida si broccoli si se fierbe in apa putin sarata. Se scurg de apa, se taie nici prea mare nici prea mic si se pun in straturi intr-un vas de ceramica uns cu unt. Se bat ouale si se amesteca cu smintina si jumatate din cantitatea de cascaval, pesmetul, sarea si piperul. Compozitia obtinuta se pune peste conopida si broccoli si se lasa la cuptor 20 min, dupa care se presara restul de cascaval si se lasa in cuptor pana acesta se rumeneste.

Se serveste calda, simpla.

1 large cauliflower
1 large broccoli
3 eggs
4 tbs (tablespoons) sour cream
1 tbs butter
200 g cheese
dry breadcrumbs
salt and pepper

Wash the cauliflower and broccoli and boil them in water with a little salt. Drain and chop the vegetables moderately. Place the vegetables in layers into ovenproof bowl greased with a little butter.
Beat the eggs and mix them with the cream and half of the cheese, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Poor the resulting mixture over the vegetables. Bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Grate the rest of the cheese on top and bake again until cheese turn golden brown.

Serve warm and plain!
